By using TripsWheels car rental services, you agree to the following terms:

• Quotes are valid for 48 hours from the date of issue.
• Payment is due on vehicle pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund of any advance paid.
• The renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the vehicle.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Outstation trips require prior approval and may have different terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse service in case of safety concerns.
